Portugal.

230 V · 50 Hz on Type F, Type C.

Portugal is Schuko country: recessed Type F sockets at 230 V and 50 Hz that accept both earthed Schuko plugs and two-pin europlugs. Travellers from mainland Europe need nothing at all, while those from the UK, Ireland and North America need adapters — and the North Americans should confirm their gear handles 230 V.

The voltage window

A nominal 230 V supply may legitimately sit anywhere between 207 and 253 V (±10%). Dual-voltage gear (marked 100–240 V) shrugs at all of it.
