Lithuania.

220 V · 50 Hz on Type F, Type C.

Lithuanian sockets are the familiar earthed Schuko Type F, with the Type C europlug fitting everywhere; IEC lists the nominal supply at 220 V 50 Hz. Practically it is the same picture as the rest of the Baltics — continental plugs just work, UK and North American visitors need an adapter, and 120 V-only appliances need a converter.

The voltage window

A nominal 220 V supply may legitimately sit anywhere between 198 and 242 V (±10%). Dual-voltage gear (marked 100–240 V) shrugs at all of it.
