Finland.

230 V · 50 Hz on Type F, Type C.

Finland fits recessed Schuko Type F sockets throughout, at 230 V and 50 Hz, so europlugs and earthed Schuko plugs from the rest of the continent work unchanged. Anyone arriving from the UK, Ireland or the Americas needs an adapter, and North American single-voltage appliances need to be dual-voltage to cope with 230 V.

The voltage window

A nominal 230 V supply may legitimately sit anywhere between 207 and 253 V (±10%). Dual-voltage gear (marked 100–240 V) shrugs at all of it.
