Estonia.

230 V · 50 Hz on Type F, Type C.

Estonian sockets are the earthed Schuko Type F at 230 V 50 Hz, with the flat two-pin Type C europlug fitting them all — the same picture as Finland across the gulf. Mainland European gear works unmodified; British and North American plugs need an adapter, and 120 V appliances a voltage converter besides.

The voltage window

A nominal 230 V supply may legitimately sit anywhere between 207 and 253 V (±10%). Dual-voltage gear (marked 100–240 V) shrugs at all of it.
