220 V · 50 Hz on Type C, Type I.

Uzbekistan runs 220 V at 50 Hz through Soviet-legacy Type C sockets, which take europlugs directly; the IEC also records Type I outlets. In practice a europlug covers nearly everything, while British and American plugs need an adapter — and 120 V-only appliances need a voltage converter.

The voltage window

A nominal 220 V supply may legitimately sit anywhere between 198 and 242 V (±10%). Dual-voltage gear (marked 100–240 V) shrugs at all of it.
