220 V · 50 Hz on Type C.

Togo runs a 220 V, 50 Hz supply through two-pin Type C sockets, so europlug devices connect directly and French plugs generally fit. There is no widespread earthed socket type on record, and 120 V-only appliances need a converter or dual-voltage support.

The voltage window

A nominal 220 V supply may legitimately sit anywhere between 198 and 242 V (±10%). Dual-voltage gear (marked 100–240 V) shrugs at all of it.
