Poland.

230 V · 50 Hz on Type E, Type C.

Poland uses the French-style Type E socket — recessed, with an earth pin protruding from the wall — at 230 V and 50 Hz. Europlugs and the hybrid earthed plugs on most European appliances fit directly, so in practice continental travellers notice nothing. UK and North American visitors need adapters, the latter dual-voltage gear too.

The voltage window

A nominal 230 V supply may legitimately sit anywhere between 207 and 253 V (±10%). Dual-voltage gear (marked 100–240 V) shrugs at all of it.
