Paraguay.

220 V · 50 Hz on Type C.

Paraguay keeps it simple: round-pin Type C sockets at 220 V 50 Hz, and little else. Europlug-equipped devices from Europe work directly, though earthed appliances lose their earth since Type C has none. North American 120 V gear needs both an adapter and a transformer unless it is dual-voltage.

The voltage window

A nominal 220 V supply may legitimately sit anywhere between 198 and 242 V (±10%). Dual-voltage gear (marked 100–240 V) shrugs at all of it.
