Tanzania.

230 V · 50 Hz on Type G, Type D.

Tanzania — the IEC lists it as the United Republic of Tanzania — runs 230 V at 50 Hz with British-pattern Type G as the modern standard and round-pin Type D lingering in older buildings. A UK-style adapter covers hotels and new construction; a Type D adapter earns its keep elsewhere.

The voltage window

A nominal 230 V supply may legitimately sit anywhere between 207 and 253 V (±10%). Dual-voltage gear (marked 100–240 V) shrugs at all of it.
