230 V · 60 Hz on Type A, Type B.

An oddity worth knowing about: the supply is 230 V but at 60 Hz, delivered through American-style Type A and B sockets. A US plug fits perfectly, yet feeding a 120 V-only appliance here will damage it — check for dual-voltage markings before using the wall.

The voltage window

A nominal 230 V supply may legitimately sit anywhere between 207 and 253 V (±10%). Dual-voltage gear (marked 100–240 V) shrugs at all of it.
