Eswatini.

230 V · 50 Hz on Type M.

Eswatini — listed by the IEC under its former name Swaziland — uses the large round-pin Type M socket inherited from South African practice, at 230 V, 50 Hz. Almost no travel adapter kit includes Type M by default, so buy one specifically before arrival; plugs from South Africa fit directly.

The voltage window

A nominal 230 V supply may legitimately sit anywhere between 207 and 253 V (±10%). Dual-voltage gear (marked 100–240 V) shrugs at all of it.
